Table 9 lists some error codes that you may encounter when launching the client. Refer to the RLM license administration manual for further troubleshooting information.

1. The client license environment is incorrect. Check the port and hostname values in the RLM_LICENSE environment variable. 2. The license server is down. Consult your local IT staff to verify the license server is active. 3. A firewall on the client machine, server machine, or somewhere in between blocked the connection. Consult your network administration staff. |
-18 |
The license server is not hosting a license of the requested type. |
1. You have to supply the super keyword for superbase licenses. 2. Your license is expired. |
-22 |
Not enough licenses available to run. |
Free up some licenses or wait for jobs to complete. |
If you see the following error when you launch a job on RLM

you must verify that the csci.set file exists in the same directory as your license.lic file. You can download the csci.set file from the Convergent Science Hub (https://hub.convergecfd.com/downloads). Note that a login is required.
